I only receive 2 small speakers, where is the LONG sound bar? Is it a long sound bar and 2 speakers?
No. Only 2 joinable soundbars, which could be combined into 1 long soundbar or you could use these 2 soundbars as 2 vertical tower soundbars.
Why does streaming sound static in Netflix or Amazon Prime video?
It support Netflix/Amazon Prime. But please turn off the Dolby & DTS output when you use streaming Apps. (in app setting such as Netflix or TV setting)
Why is there no sound? Why does it sound out of sync with the TV?
Note: Please set your TV sound setting to PCM mode before connecting - Different TV have different sound setting, please provide TV model to us for specific setting process according to your TV model.
Is there any deep bass? or subwoofer included or any connector to hook up a subwoofer?
