The 3 qt. gray plastic batch bowl is great for mixing up small batches of a single ingredient, or for processing multiple ingredients together at once. A clear lid lets you monitor the contents from above so that you don't over- or under-mix.
- Large hopper (surface area 16 in²) designed for cutting bulky vegetables such as cabbage, onion, lettuce and tomatoes. - Precision cuts also available with cylindrical hopper (Ø 2 1/4"): long and delicate fruits and vegetables.
-5/32" Slicing Disc: The slicing disc that comes with this unit makes a 5/32" (4mm) cut.
-5/64" Grating Disc: A 5/64" (2mm) grating disc makes a medium-sized final product that's perfect for garnishes and general use in recipes.
