* The 4G03 Pro 4G router supports 4G/3G standards (FDD LTE, TDD-LTE, WCDMA). If you need a voice phone call function, we recommend the Tenda 4G06 4G router with VoLTE function.

* How does it maintain a good signal and speed?

1. This depends on the environment around the location of the router, the 4G operator's coverage network, and the distance or obstacles between the router and the end devices.

2. Please set the channel to "Auto" status via the web mangment interface (192.168.0.1) and the router will automatically select the best channel every 15 minutes if no terminal devices are connected to the router. Or you could manually select the fixed channel when terminals are connected.

* How to configure the SIM card?

1. Please disable the PIN code by inserting the phone.

2. Please set the PIN code on the web mangment interface to "Disable" status (192.168.0.1).

3. Please contact the operator of the 4G SIM card.

*How to charge the device with the power bank?

1. You need to prepare a power bank and an adapter cable (2.1 x 5.5 mm USB to DC). The recommended length of the adapter cable is within 50 cm.

2. Please make sure the power bank is fully charged and the adapter cable can be used normally.

3. Please plug the USB port of the adapter cable into the 5V1A port of the power bank and connect the DC port of the adapter cable to the device, then the device can be powered.

* If you want to take the 4G03 Pro abroad, please make sure your SIM card is compatible and activate the roaming mode of the SIM card.
