1. This wireless combo is fully compatible with Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10+, and Mac OS 10.14 or above.

2. The keyboard uses one AAA battery and mouse uses one AA battery (NOT included).

3. There is only ONE 2-in-1 receiver stored on the back of the mouse, and make sure it is FULLY inserted into the USB-A or Type-C port.

4. There have "Win" and "OS" keys on the keyboard, please press them to SWITCH to the Windows or Mac OS system before use, the upper indicator will light up green.

One Receiver, Win & Mac Support

This product uses a specially designed USB receiver that includes USB A and Type C plugs, to plug and play directly into all Windows PCs, Chromebooks and Macs. What's more, it supports both Windows and Mac OS system layouts, making it easy to switch between them with just one touch.

QA2: How do I switch the shortcut keys to multimedia or F1-F12 functions?

This keyboard is in multimedia functions by default. The F1-F12 functions need to be activated by pressing fn + F1-F12 keys. Or you can activate the fn lock(Press fn + fn Lock key) to use the F1-F12 functions directly.

QA3: How about making the product compatible/connected to your device?

1. Make sure the system version is Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10+, and Mac OS 10.14 or above; 2. Make sure the batteries are brand new as well the receiver is fully inserted into the USB-A or Type-C port; 3. After installing the batteries, please press the "Win" or "OS" key of the keyboard to switch to the corresponding system, the upper indicator will light up green.

QA4: How to deal with disconnection issues, keys repeating or typing delay?

1. Please replace new batteries in time. A low battery can affect the performance of the keyboard/mouse; 2. Restart the keyboard/mouse and your device, unplug and replug the receiver, trying a different USB-A or Type-C port if necessary; 3. lf the issues persist, try to connect the keyboard/mouse to other devices to check if the same issues occur and don't hesitate to seek further assistance through your order.
