Is a phone included with LOOI? How does it work with my phone?
LOOI uses your own smartphone (not included) as its brilliant screen and brain! Dock your phone and sync via Bluetooth for all current features. Note: Voice assistants are not yet supported, but we'll announce future updates.
Will my phone work with LOOI?
Recommended for iPhone (iOS 17+) & Android (12+). Our included Docking Ring adds MagSafe to standard cases! For best stability, use phones under 0.85 lbs (385g) and remove the case. Not for folding phones or tablets.
What languages does the LOOI support?
iOS: English, Chinese, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Japanese, and Danish.
Android: English and Chinese.
Note: More languages for both iOS & Android are in active development. Stay tuned for updates!
What should I do if my phone can't sync with LOOI?
1. Ensure LOOI is fully charged (3+hrs).
2. Update & restart the app.
3. Re-enable all app permissions (incl. Bluetooth) & check your network.
4. Try pairing LOOI with another phone to see if the issue persists.
If it fails, contact our support team.
How can I get the best voice response from LOOI?
Just like a friend, LOOI also needs a moment to think. For the best replies, try these quick tips:
1. Use Stay Mode for conversation.
2. Wake it clearly with "Hey loo-eee" or a two-finger screen tap.
3. Ensure a stable network & low background noise.
